Travel with paintings- Bao’an Road

    保安路是來台南的遊客們必定造訪之處，最大的原因就是這條路上的美食。豬腳、米糕、蝦仁飯、香腸熟肉或者冰品，種類之豐富絕對會讓您感到肚量不夠大！除此之外，保安路上的保安宮也是清朝道光年間創建的一座老廟宇，可惜當初並未完整保存建築架構，因此不能被列為古蹟。然而，廟內的古老文物仍然值得一看，尤其是現已用玻璃箱封存保護的石榴轎，刻工精細之美難以言喻。誠懇地去拜託廟公，它會帶您去看並向您解說來由的！此行寫生受到附近店家招待美食，非常感動。

    Bao’an Road is a favorite place that tourists would visit when they come to Tainan. The reason make this road famed is definitely foods. Snacks here are full of  Tainan culture characteristics. There’s an old temple named Bao’an temple. It was founded in 1718. There is also a special holy palanquin made by pomegranate trees. If you ask nicely, the manager would maybe letting you take a look at the palanquin and tell you the history about it.

開車：從遊旅B&B出發，沿東門路，接府前路至海安路左轉，前行50公尺，保安路即在左側。

坐車：從遊旅B&B出發，搭乘市區公車6號，至保安宮下車即抵達。

Transportation:

You can take city bus #6 from You-Lyu B&B and getting off at Bao’an temple station. Then it will be close.
